These terms govern your use of tapyzon.top and any order you place with TAPYZON Core Systems (“Tapyzon”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.
1. Who We Are
Tapyzon sells NFC-enabled business cards and related identity products, operated from Bangladesh under the name TAPYZON Core Systems. Reach us at info.tapyzon@gmail.com or +880 1704 417231.
2. Products and Digital Profiles
Our cards are NFC-enabled smart business cards. The digital profile linked to a card is a lifetime service with no recurring subscription fee, provided the account remains active and within the acceptable-use rules in section 7. The physical card and the digital profile are delivered together as one product.
3. Pricing
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are shown on the order page for the edition you select.
- Delivery charges are added separately and depend on your location (see section 5).
- Prices may change at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed.
- Promo codes reduce the order total when applied before checkout. One code per order, no cash value, and we may refuse codes that are expired or were not issued by us.
4. Orders and Payment
- Placing an order sends us your details and creates an order ID (for example TZ-1A2B3C4D). That is an offer to buy; a binding contract begins only when we confirm the order on WhatsApp or email.
- Advance: a 50% advance payment is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due on delivery.
- We accept cash on delivery, bKash and Nagad. For bKash or Nagad, send the transaction ID to our WhatsApp number and wait for our confirmation before treating the payment as complete.
- We may decline or cancel an order (for example for out-of-stock materials, pricing errors or suspected fraud) and will refund any advance already paid.
- Reversing or charging back a payment for a confirmed, non-defective order may result in suspension of the related digital profile until the matter is resolved.
5. Delivery
- Inside Dhaka: 2–5 business days, delivery charge ৳60.
- Anywhere else in Bangladesh: 5–7 business days, delivery charge ৳120.
- Deliveries are handled by our courier partners (such as Pathao, RedX or Steadfast); a tracking reference is sent when your card ships.
- Timelines are estimates. Delays caused by courier disruption, public holidays, extreme weather or an incorrect address are outside our control, but we will always help you track the shipment.
- Risk passes to you when the order reaches the address you gave us. Please check the parcel on arrival and report any damage straight away (see section 6).
6. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
- Made to order: cards are produced to your design and NFC payload, so change-of-mind returns are not accepted once production begins.
- Defects and transit damage: report a manufacturing defect, wrong item or transit damage within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video, and we will repair, replace or refund it free of charge.
- Refunds, where applicable, are issued to your original payment method or bKash/Nagad number within 7 working days of approval.
- Damage from misuse, liquids or unauthorized modification is not covered.
- Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
7. Acceptable Use of Your Profile
You may not use your Tapyzon card or digital profile to:
- send spam, malware or unsolicited bulk messages;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or business;
- promote illegal products, services or content, or content that infringes other people’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other people’s data.
We may suspend or disable a profile that breaks these rules or is used for fraud, after trying to contact you first.
8. Your Content and Licence to Us
You keep ownership of the text, images and links you supply for your card design and digital profile. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, reproduce and format that material solely to produce your card and operate your profile. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you supply and that it is lawful. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
The website, its design, logo, text, graphics and software belong to TAPYZON Core Systems or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal use only; you may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website and services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, data or business opportunity arising from your use of the site or products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top shows the current version; changes apply from that date and do not affect orders we have already confirmed under earlier terms.
12. Governing Law and Contact
